July 2nd in new Pull date for all boats.

Folsom Lake is dropping much faster than the Bureau had predicted just two days ago. The Bureau of Reclamation water predictions are suppose to be worst case, but each week we find that its worst than predicted. Hopefully, July 2nd will remain as our pull date, but it can still change. If you know someone who has a slip here at Brown's Ravine, please give them a call and let them know.

The Bureau of Reclamation now says that the Folsom lake will be at our pull out elevation of 412' on July 2nd.
Our web site has a link to the
Water Resources Site showing the lake elevation on an hourly basis. The Bureau is changing their predictions on a daily basis and it always goes in the wrong direction. Slip renters should keep checking our Home Page for any change on the final pull date. You are also welcome to call us for updates on the water. We are asking that all slip renters have their boat out of their slip by elevation 412'', which the Bureau says will be July 2nd.
As per our contract, we will provide dry storage to slip renters until the water returns to the slips. If you had a storage space in our parking lot last year, you will be assigned the same one. If you need to be assigned a spot or if you would like a different space, please stop by the office and you may pick from any open space. Please do not take a space that has not been assigned to you.
Please remember that only boats may be stored in our parking lot and not empty trailers. I remind everyone that all boats and trailers must have current registration and a license plate attached.
