Annual / Special PassesPasses may be moved to any vehicle.
Annual Day Use Parking Pass -- $125.00Useable on any passenger vehicle and valid for one year to the end of the month of purchase. Valid at all State-operated parks where a parking fee is collected. The pass must be displayed on the rearview mirror or dashoard as applicable. Note: Not valid for commercial use. The Annual Day Use Parking Pass will not be honored at OHV units. Only OHV Annual Day Use Passes are valid at OHV unitsAnnual Golden Poppy Day Use Parking Pass -- $90.00
Useable on any passenger vehicle with a capacity of nine persons or less and valid for one year to the end of the month of purchase. Valid at many State-operated parks where a parking fee is collected. The pass must be displayed on the rearview mirror or dashoard as applicable. Note: Not valid for commercial use. The Annual Day Use Parking Pass will not be honored at OHV units, high demand or locally operated parks. Valid at all State-operated parks with day use facilities and State-operated boat launching facilities. This pass is good for one boat and does not cover the day use fee. There is a $8.00 fee for any additional boats.Disabled Discount Pass -- $3.50 - Lifepass
For permanently disabled persons a discount card may be obtained from the Department. Permits year-round 50% discount for use of all basic facilities (including parking and camping) in State-operated parks except Hearst San Simeon SHM. The discount does not apply to fees under $2.00 or for supplementary fees, and cannot be used with any other discount/pass program or for commercial use.Disabled Veteran/Prisoner of War Pass -- $3.50 - Lifepass
For honorably discharged war veterans who are residents of California with a 50% or more service-connected disablility or a service-connected disability rated at 100% for reasons of unemployability, or were held as prisoners of war by forces hostile to the United States. Entitles the bearer to free use of all State Park System facilities including camping and day use. It is not valid for commercial use or for supplemental fees.Golden Bear Pass -- $5.00 per calendar year
For persons 62 years of age or older with income limitations specified on the application form, or receiving aid to the aged, blind, or diabaled; or any person receiving Aid to Families with Dependant Children. Entitles the bearer and spouse to use of all parking facilities in State-operated parks. Not valid for commercial use.Senior Citizen Discount
